At Lunar Loom LLC, we’re committed to getting your cozy essentials to you as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find details about processing, shipping, and delivery expectations.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Lunar Loom ships only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations

We hope to expand shipping availability in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
  • During launches, promotions, seasonal releases, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly stated at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible. Taxes and discounts are calculated prior to shipping eligibility thresholds.

Local Pickup – Las Vegas Area

We proudly offer free local pickup for Las Vegas residents.

Eligible customers may select Local Pickup at checkout when available.

Please note:

  • Pickup is available by appointment only after your order is ready.
  • You will receive an email notification with pickup instructions once your order is prepared.
  • Please do not arrive for pickup until confirmation has been sent.
  • A valid order confirmation may be required at pickup.

Pickup availability and timing may vary based on inventory and scheduling.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Lunar Loom is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at jacquimlevine@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Lunar Loom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review and assist.
